I had a great experience with Howard! Howard was in contract with me daily and was honest about the homes he showed me. He showed me my house when it was still in the process of being gutted out and renovated and got me a way better price even though it was an 8-month wait for the work to get done. I'm very pleased with my purchase and even after I went into contract, he would still see updates on the house with me. Howard also helped me find kitchen cabinets that were within my budget so I didn't have to spend extra money. I've already recommended them to a couple of other friends.
